access denied (sbl-dat00542) error

In Oracle CRM On Demand, when a user wants to see 'All Accounts' list via Accounts tab, he gets access denied (sbl-dat00542) error. He is added to correct books and others with same role & same book are able to access.

Pls help how to fix this & what could be the possible reason.
