2 Week Working Patterns not Calculating correct Annual Leave

Hi

We have a number of employees who have a 2 week working pattern however when we have set up the pattern and attach this to the employee and then enter annual leave it only picks up the first week of the pattern. Can anyone advise how we should be setting up 2 week patterns so that they are picked up in the annual leave calculation?
