Siebel CTD doesn't start using 80 port

Hello, guys. I changed ctd/conf/server.xml in order to use default HTTP port. So I have

    <Connector server="EMS" port="80" protocol="HTTP/1.1".

               connectionTimeout="20000".

               redirectPort="8443" />

When I start CTD with these settings I have a lot of errors in catalina.log. 80 port is opened and doesn't covered by firewall. What should I do in order to start CTD on Unix using 80 port.
