We discovered just this week that in Project Costing duplicate Project IDs are no longer allowed.

We discovered just this week that in Project Costing duplicate Project IDs are no longer allowed.   Any information you can share to us why this functionality was discontinued will be greatly appreciated?   And if you are using duplicate Project IDs, how did you do it?
