Siebel didn't receive or see the message with email response basic configuration
Hello. I have a client that have a Siebel 8.1.1.5 installed, and he do all the necessary stuff related with the configuration of the communication component and workflows related with email response, for monitoring some email account, but when the email is received Siebel no make any action, no event in the logs is reported. We review the communication between the Siebel server and the emails server and it's ok, using the two general ports (SMTP and POP3), and we send, using tcp an the specific email account, a message for the Siebel Server and the emails responds ok.
