Has anyone created a list of PA, as an example, School District codes based on the 9 digit GeoCode i

I know this is weird, but the employee resides in NJ based on their Address Book record, but uses PA as the work and resident tax area. So looking ip the NJ zip code won't help me find the correct School District tax code.
