Attachment in iSupplier portal

in iSupplier portal suppliers not able to view the attachment on blanket release referred in BPA.  In core forms if we create a release and we can see the attachment of BPA by selecting "Include Related Documents".  However the function is not available in iSupplier portal hence supplier cant view and missing important details.

Is there is any way we can enable any function to view the attachment reference from BPA?
