Appling Automated thest to Hyperion Interactive Reporting

We are looking for information on appling RUBY automated testin to Hperion Workspace IR documents vesrion 11.1.1.2. When we ask the IE seesion to show the html ti hangs. When we work with FR reports we do get usable HTML. Are there and solutions to support automated testing of the reporots?
