Siebel Innovation Pack 2014 for Siebel 8.1.1.14/8.2.2.14 ?

Hi Team,

1. If we upgrade Siebel 8.1.1.14.0 Innovation pack version with 64-bit OS versions in server with patchset3 then, Is it required to do additional configuration for the 'Users' 32-bit System for -Siebel Business Applications ? (Like setting environment variable   $ORACLE_HOME/lib.).  Please let me know if required any further configuration changes required at users point of view?


2. Siebel Innovation Pack 2014 is now available  for download. But i need to know if IP 2014 is like a patchset3  which can be applied on IP 2013 or should we install from scratch. Currently we have 8.1.1.11  with patach set 11 installed.  kindly share me if you have any documents to process?
