Create PO's to charge to multiple OU

Hi All,

I just wanted to get your view point on the below mentioned requirements:

1. Can we create a PO in one OU and charge it to multiple OU (Different legal entity)? If yes, how is this achieved? How will we create the PO and how will the receiving and accounting occur?

2. Can we create a PO in one OU and charge it to multiple OU (Same legal entity)? If yes, how is this achieved? How will we create the PO and how will the receiving and accounting occur?
