Expense Profile Status issue
Hi,
Issue: The user was unable to perform expense claim due to 'Inactive' status on Expense profile.
We updated the status of the user to 'Active' in order to perform claims. However, when the Integration Broker interface data to Finance system, the status returned to 'Inactive'.
May i ask what is the corresponding field of the Exense profile status on HR System? So that we can verify. Thank you.
