how to get the schedule request last status from backend.

hi experts,

my client required a mail for the create accounting schedule request. this request is schedule on my instance daily at 4am and  wants to get a mail if the create accounting  request run successfully or not daily basis.

but i am not able to write a script that pick the request is completed successfully or not for the schedule request from back end.

plz suggest how can i get this request status for last run with all details or suggest any doc id.
