Zone node cluster 3.3

Hi,

Can I confirm there below configuration is belong to zone node cluster instead of the failover zones.In the Zone node, there is cluster resources configured for LH,oracleDB,and HAStoragePlus as shown below:.What is correct steps to  create one more RG and resources(LH,listenser,OraDB and HaStoragePlus) to contains inside the zone nodes.
