Siebel environment is down

Hi Experts,

I had restarted the Siebel services and the application is not coming up. It has the below error messages in the AOM logs.

SBL-DAT-00254: The username you have entered is invalid.  Please try to log on again or contact your system administrator for assistance.
SBL-DAT-00546: The user-context could not be established.  Something is wrong with the assigned primary position or login related repository objects.  See additional error messages for more information.

There are no issues with the user id SADMIN & SIEBEL in the database.  Also able to connect to the Siebel application via thick client.

When verified the "Siebel Administrator" position and responsibility in the application it is normal.  But there is a small concern.  The last name associated with the position record "Siebel Administrator" is not Siebel Administrator.  Also  unable to edit the last name field and change the user as "Siebel Administrator" for the position record "Siebel Administrator".
