Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Projects - EBS (MOSC)

Project Lines interrfacing with fixed assets do not come over as merged

I'm not sure if this is a projects issue or a fixed asset issue

we have a project defined with three tasks--we do not have an asset number defined yet for the fixed assets

when the project asset lines are created and interfaced with fixed assets they come over as POST and not MERGED

the fixed asset accountants indicates they should be merged--is this a problem with projects set up or fixed assets?
