Order Line not getting Pick Released.

Hi All,

One of the Order Line is not getting Pick released. It is a PTO model item and message we see in the shipping exception report is One of the component belonging to this model got back ordered.

When I check that line the item is available and it is reserved against this line. The inventory period is open and there is no HOLD on the order line. All the other pick release criterias are matched.

What might be the other probable reason of line getting back ordered?
