Siebel 8.1.1.11 Open UI: Object Managers with DB authentication stopped working in Dev

Hi,

We have upgraded to 8.1.1.11 [23030] during Oct 2014. We have enabled two OpenUI Obejct managers all environments (Dev, Test and Prod). Every thing seems working in Production. But in Dev two of the Open UI object managers stopped working with the same behavior as others explained.  In Test Open UI SSO is working but Open UI with Data Base authentication is not working. They were working until last 10 days. As  mentioned I have checked the browser scripts are up to date with that of Siebsrvr. HI client is working without any problems in all environments. Only Open UI
