Cannot open and/or save attachment
We recently updgraded our Siebel Development environment from 8.1.1.11 to 8.1.1.14.
Using an Open UI client, on the Service Request screen I attached a text file. When I click the Attachment Name link I am prompted...
"You are downloading the file [file name]. Would you like to open the file or save it to your computer?"
There are only Save and Cancel buttons, no Open button.
There appears to be no way to edit the file without downloading a copy to my computer and adding it back to the SR as a second attachment.
Is this the expected behavior?
