New VAT regulations in Italy from 01 Jan 2015

Hi,

Is anyone familiar with the new regulations in Italy for 2015 whereby Government Bodies will pay the VAT charged on an AR invoice to the Italian Treasury and will only pay the net amount of the Invoice to the Supplier?

I think it is called the Split Payment system.
Has anyone determined how best to deal with this in the Oracle eBusiness suite ... both from a Tax and an AR point of view ?
