Display Logo/Image on siebel form applet, please let me know any suggestions

we have a requirement to Display Logo/Image on siebel form applet, please let me  know suggestions.

I tried using Bitmap and Bitmap Category and associating HTML Bitmap for the form applet, but no luck, i was getting the Bitmap Category text, but not the image.

Please help me
