Datafile size in ASM

Hi Everyone,

I would like to know if there is any best practice for sizing datafiles in ASM?

I can see the datafile size in my ASM is having autoextend to maxsize 32GB which I am not sure is a good practice but I am aware that being in ASM it will not be having issues like in normal filesystem.
