Is it possible to configure the "Allow bids in other currencies" checkbox to be always active in Str

We are currently taking a look at PeopleSoft's Strategic Sourcing Module (v9.1) and there's an issue that has raised our attention. According to Strategic Sourcing's PeopleBook, it is possible for vendors/bidders to submit bids in currencies other than the currency event, as long as the event creator (buyer) checks the "Allow bids in other currencies" checkbox in the Events Detail page. Since it is very difficult to determine the currency in which our vendors will bid, we would be forced to clic on the checkbox for all of the events we create, which we sincerely find to be ineficcient and prone to human error.
