Restrict Payment function of one paygroup for One user or one Responsibility

Hi,

As per company requirement,

We requires to restrict payment function of some users to one pay group.

And rest of payment users might not be able to pay for those invoices.

That mean that particular user or responsibility only be able to pay for those invoices only.

If there is no any standard function work around might be satisfied.

Your early response much be appreciated.
