Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Does Approvals Management Engine (AME) is must for Credit Management Approval Hierarchy?

Hi Oracle and fellow members

We are implementing Oracle Credit Management with Receivables and Oracle Advanced Collections.

Q1. In Oracle Credit Management if we need the approval for recommendations or any other credit limit approvals ? Do we really need AME?

Q2. Is AME a separate Licence or is it included in Financials?
