Siebel BIP restart

Hello,

"BI OC4J" service from "Component Services" is started automatically when I do full Windows server restart.

Error "Windows could not start the Oracle_BI_OC4J service on Local Computer" occurs when I try to manually restart "BI OC4J" service at "Component Services".

The BIP can be manually restarted with "Start>BIP Home>Stop/Start BI Publisher" however the console window stays open... and it needs to stay open otherwise the BIP is offline....

Can't I just somehow launch "BI OC4J" service from "Component Services"? I would like to restart BIP in a way so nothing stays running under the "Server User"...
