best percentage for oracle stats in oracle11

Hello,

when I was on Oracle10g I was using 10% for gathering Oracle statistics (database size aprox. 150GB). I started using Oralce11 recently (for the past 6 months) with some new databases and new applications. I was reading some Oracle recommendations on Oracle 11 and they suggested using 100% (can't quote the Oracle note as I don't remember where the article was)  as the best option claiming a lot of improvements in the Cost Based Optimizer. I don't have the option to migrate to Oracle12 yet. I don't have very large databases, all the data including indexes is about the size
