Webcenter Portal 11.1.1.8.0 Custom Portal deployment repeated issue with MDS

Dears,

We are facing a repeated issue almost every time we try to deploy our portal app. We've used Webcenter Portal 11.1.1.8.0 Custom Portal & Custom Portlets to build our portal app. That app is meant to consume some custom portlets (done via portal admin UI).

Now, when we try to deploy our portal app, the deployment itself goes well, and we can start the application. However, when we try to access the portal, a "portlelts consumer error" is shown with the below thrown in the logs:
