Automatic cancelling of Internal Requisition

Hello,

When I cancel an internal sales order that is not yet picked, corrosponding internal requisition automatically gets cancelled. I believe this is intended functionality. But when I looked into the Oracle Purchasing User Guide; it says

"If you cancel an internal sales order that was generated by an internal requisition, you

get a warning message that the order line is related to a requisition line that is now

awaiting cancellation. You can then use the Control Document window to cancel the

requisition line."

If auto cancellation is a standard behaviour, then why the Oracle document says otherwise?
