No Instance found
Hi Team,
We have an issue here not sure why we are getting the error "There is no instance found for the serial number" in depot repair (S/N X53HE413005509). We are getting this error when we hit refresh logistics tab to change the status from BOOKED to Received. Further we already checked that this S/n already received in inventory it is showing under the customer repair sub-inventory.
Followed the doc id Doc ID 970165.1) and ran the required program also but still issue exists.
To replicate this issue I followed the same steps and use "ADD to IB" option while creating the repair order and then BOOKED the "Return" line and then try to receive from action LOV. And on PO form I used some other S/N like X53HE413005509
