R12 Enable the bugetary control in dummy legal entity but raise the PO in other legal entity

Hello :

I have 5 legal entities but I want to upload the consolidate Budget in a Dummy Company and I want to enable the budgetary Control as well.

Example:

Maintenance Expense = 1,000.00 USD

I am going to upload the Budget in the Dummy Legal Entity but I will raise Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Order in the other legal entities.

As far as I know I can setup summary accounts for budgetary control but I am not sure if it will work.

I am planning to do the following :

Upload the total Budget in a dummy legal entity

100.001.6201.000 = 1,000

I will raise PO in another legal entities
