Personalize Oracle Application Manager Pages?

Hi,

I'm trying to personalize the Simple Applied Patches page with OAM and I don't see the Links, Personalize Page or About this Page. I have set the necessary profile options for personalization and I'm able to see the Links, Personalize Page, and About this Page on other pages. Does anyone have experience with this? Is page personalization just not available for these pages? Thanks for your help.
