Hi, i want to know how fit out period revenue will be recongnised in  oracle property manager? My case is, lease will be created for one year. lets say 01-Feb-14 and ends on 31-Jan-15. In this first two months will be rent free period\fit out period. So i will get 10 months rent from the tenent. My invoice will be booked on 01-Feb-14. Normalization is Annual. so how can distribute 10 months rents into 12 months?
