license keys were existed when installing IP2014.

When my customer installed 8.1.1.14 (IP2014) as a fresh and installed a new repository into the database, license keys were existed without entering any keys operation.

Could you please answer following question from him?

Q1. Why are these license keys existing?

Q2. Is it possible to delete the keys by executingSQL directly?

      SQL> TRUNCATE TABLE S_APP_KEY;
