Owbership Transfer

Hi Team,

We have situation where for a sales order shipment record stuck in Transactions open interface with the Error "Ownership Transfer Error". .

Even if we resubmit the records are not Cleared.

Its a consignment shipment and there are no shipping transaction records

Not sure how to identify the Cause and solution for this issue

Can anyone please advise
