Asset Capitalisation - Link between Asset Book and Operating Unit

Hi,

The project fundamentals user guide in page 2-12 says:

'Each asset is capitalised from a single capital project to an Oracle Assets corporate book that is associated with the project operating unit's ledger.'

- Where is this link setup? In what window?
