OEBS 11i Sustained Support - When to apply OCT 2015 CPU?

Hi,

Our OEBS 11i system will be on Sustained Support from Jan 1 2016 with the last CPU available in Oct 2015.

Do I need to apply this CPU before Jan 1 2016 or will I be entitled to support should issues arise following deployment on Sustained Support?
