Product configuration in Open UI

Product configuration in Open UI uses puicfgui.js and puicfgclient.js to open and use the product configurator screen. I see that these .js files are not registered under Manifest. Need to understand which .js / .swt file calls these vanilla puicfgui.js and puicfgclient.js files. Need to understand which of these vanilla .js file is called first.
