Severe Reports Performance Issues

Many Reports are giving us problems. When Executed it takes more than 24 hours to complete and completely Hangs the DB Server ( Processor Utilization goes to 99%).

Same Report Query once Executed in Toad or SQL Developer takes Few Seconds to complete.

DB Server: 10.2.0.3 64Bit

Hardware IBM Blade Server: Dual Process 4 Core Each

RAM: 32 Gb.

Any Advice.
