Cannot start essbase application after data migration

Hi,

I am migrating essbase 9.3.1 to Essbase 11.1.2.3 following the steps below:

1 - Through Wizard --> Migration I migrate the applications on the target server

2 - Stop application and databases on the source and target server

3 - On the Source server copy the files from the file system for each application to the target system

4 - Start the applications on the target server, but cannot start them


What I am doing wrong ?
