Browser settings for MOS using IE10 on Windows Server 2012

Does anyone know the correct browser settings for accessing MOS using IE10 on Windows Server 2012?

I can't connect to the dashboard after logging in via SSO on the Oracle home page. However, I can navigate to the Knowledge Base page via Oracle home page |My Oracle Support|Knowledge Base.

Once there, I cannot use the drop downs as I get an ActiveX filtering error. I change that setting, restart the browser, login again, and I still can't get to the Dashboard tab or use the dropdowns on the Knowledge Base page.

I sincerely appreciate any help you can give me.
