Get the Most out of Searching and Browsing in My Oracle Support

Do you know how to effectively search in My Oracle Support?  We have 3 short videos that will show exactly you what you need to do!

Visit the My Oracle Support - How-to Training Video Series (Doc ID 603505.1) in My Oracle Support. Click on the 'New to MOS' tab, scroll to the 3rd module and watch the 'Searching and Browsing' Parts 1 and 2 videos to learn about knowledge settings, global search, information centers, search helpers and more. Then, navigate to the 'Advanced MOS User' tab, and watch the 1st module on PowerViews to learn how to customize content filtering to your needs.
