RSS - General Questions

I'm working with a client trying to explore the best way to do requisitions.  They are open to the "basic" OR process with P43060, as well as RSS.  They also want info on the punchout process.

Can someone help me differentiate between the processes?  Pros/Cons of RSS?

Questions on the punchout functionality:

- Does this only pull info from the supplier to create the OR?

- Can it create a purchase order AND place the order with the supplier?

Any info and process overview would be greatly appreciated!!
