API for Requsition Change Order

Hi,

   We want to mimic the Requisition Change Order functionality, whenever changes for a requisition flows in from Legacy systems. Is their any API/Interface that we can use to achieve this. Following are the changes we are expecting.

  1. adding a new line to existing Approved Requisition
  2. Change the Quantity
  3. Change the needby date
  4. Cancel the Req line, which in-turn cancels the PO
