Unable to Approved Work Confirmation

Hello,

I created a complex service PO via BWC and then logged into iSupplier Portal Full Access (external responsibility) with a supplier user account and created a work confirmation. The status says processing; however I never received notification that the WC is pending my approval and when I navigate to the iSupplier Portal Internal View responsibility and navigate to the Work Confirmations page, I do not see the WC to approve.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?
