How to Manage virtualization layer in the Oracle Database Appliance?

We recently procured ODA X4-2 and installed virtualization configuration on it. We created dom0 on both nodes and a RAC database with two instances.

What tools and commands are available for managing the virtualization layer? Or troubleshooting it if there is a problem? Is there something similar to vCenter in VMware environment?
