Where can I find information on the P062902/P07290?

We are having an issue that we may be able to address with the "Include in Union Plan" flag in the Advanced settings of the DBA setup. On every reference I find for this field on the DBA setup, there is a note stating that "adding the union/group plan, job type, and job step to a DBA affects which timecards the DBA is allocated to during payroll journal process. For more information on the allocation, see the help for P062902 (US) or P07290 (Canada)."

Here's the kicker - I cannot find any other reference to the P062902 or P07290 that isn't in the form of this note. I've checked our JDE install, and I cannot find these objects.
