FSG Report with Multiple Ledgers and Budgets

I need help with an FSG Problem

I am defining a simple P&L Statement for 2 companies. I want the P&L of the first company to print followed by the second company ( not as a Report Set, but on the same Report using Content Set)

1. I have 2 Ledgers (Company A& and in both these ledgers I have defined Budgets ( Budget A & Budget

2. I have defined a column set that shows PTD Actual, PTD Budget, YTD Actual, YTD Budget. In the Control Value for Budget Columns, I have entered 1. ( It is a mandatory field)

3. I have defined a Content Set which lists Company A Ledger as Sequence 10 and Company B as Sequence 20 with Display Flag set as PE at the Ledger level, so that each company's P&L Expands one after the other.
