Dep Method change with retrospective from DPIS in R12 for Amortized Assets

Hi,

I need to change the depreciation Method from STL to WDV  for lots of assets, and the effect should be from DPIS of the asset, and there are assets which are already amortized before,

how to get the effect from DPIS?
