Does Siebel HI Web Client 8.1.1.14.0 support Oracle JRE 8?

We will be migrating to Open UI in the next few months, and in the interim will continue to use Siebel High Interactivity Web Client with IE8 and JRE7. Siebel HI Web Client v8.1.1.14.0 is certified for JRE 1.7.0_21+, will it continue to work if our client workstations are upgraded from JRE7 to JRE8 in the interim until our Open UI migration is complete?
