Error while request (SBL-DBC-00112)-(SBL-EAI-04376)

Hi All,

We have an external application in aspx which retrieve information from opportunities, we make a request to the web services. This applications works ok since the last two years, but few days ago, the application returns this error:

Method "NextRecord" of business component "Opportunity" (integration component "Opportunity") returned the following error:

-Your request has timed out.  To optimize your request, refer to the Optimizing Performance page on the Training and Support Center website.(SBL-DBC-00112)-(SBL-EAI-04376)

We only have 400 oportunities, and in the request we only ask for fields of this entity.

Any help?
